Kaspersky Blocked Certificate

In my company, to access a website development environment, a certificate is required, which is made by a government client, the certificate is blocked by Kasepersky.Can I create an exclusion for certificates on websites?I use Kaspersky Business Select, on the hosts is Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows (12.0.0), the policy is on the same version and Kaspersky Security Center is 14.

I found out that it's not Kaspersky blocking the certificate

It doesn't work because i don't have the CA installed on pc
