Kaspersky BitLocker Issue, error “Does not meet the policy due to an error”

Hello, 

 

I’m having an issue where I am rolling Encryption out to all Dell Latitude E5700 laptops, all with a compatible TPM’s however I’m receiving the error “Does not meet the policy due to an error” however the policy is very simple and I can’t see why the policy is causing an issue. 

Policy Set - 

I do not want users to enter a code or password and are aware of risks associated. Bitlocker is not already enabled on the device.
