Kaspersky 3 Device License Not Activated Automatically

I bought a 1 year Kaspersky subscription for 3 devices.
It said, “An activation code is no longer required. Your subscriptions are automatically linked to your account.”
However, when I log in with my email, it says “You don’t have any subscriptions.”
Also, when I send it to other email addresses, it asks for an activation code — but I don’t have one.
What is the solution to this?

++ I connected 2 of my devices, but I can’t connect the last one. The invitation link says there’s not enough space and rejects it. When I log in through mail Kaspersky, it says there’s no subscription. I can’t find any solution at all.

It says there’s no subscription on the desktop device I connected. I really don’t understand. I never had these kinds of problems with previous purchases.

Same for me, I got premium sub in my account and all of the sudden my Kaspersky password manager and Kaspersky VPN got removed out of premium and become the free sub

Well, I used third times the live suport , the system asked me to wait, and never get "Real opearator" show up.
Even I wait, only get "The conversation is over, please give the rate." , STILL NO ONE ANSWER ME!!

What a 6 star company!

IF (you've) started a chat & keep getting an outcome:  "The conversation is over, please give the rate." - it sounds as IF a BOT option has been selected - IF that's correct (you'll) never get an answer. 

Please be advised there is a *known* issue that may be the root-cause, Kaspersky are actively working to resolve. Still log the case, see Dot point 4

  1. What is (your) actual physical location? 
  2. Post the URL for the support / chat window that keeps going to: "The conversation is over, please give the rate."?
  3. Post the incident reference number for the chat, it's prefixed with INC0000
  4. Submit the request via Email.
