how do i resolve this??? I dont want to upgrade to 2021

@J2K90, there is no longer an option to cancel the update. The new version is now installed automatically.
You can express your wish to return this setting by writing a request to technical support.

If i write a request you really think they would make this change for me ??

@J2K90, no. But the more such requests there are, the more likely it will be done.

Additionally, when Kaspersky is crashing it usually creates Log files in folder “Application Data\Kaspersky Lab ?

Hello @J2K90,

  • In (your) MyKaspersky account, create a request, fill in the template as in our image, provide as much information as possible, include the Log files (requested above), GSI & Windows Logs & include the URL for (your) topic you’ve created here, in the Community.
  • In the Problem description, mention @Igor Kurzin suggested you submit a request.

Thank you🙏
