Hello @gilberto

Welcome back!

  1. Why did the Samsung Galaxy SM-T900 Android tablet crash?
  2. Has the Kaspersky Internet Security software been uninstalled? IF 'no', *first* follow: Kaspersky for Android, Uninstalling the app
  3. Is the OS version compatible, refer: Kaspersky for Android, Hardware and software requirements: Operating system: Android 6.0-14.x.

Any questions or concerns - please do not hesitate to post back?

Thank you🙏

Hello,

Thanks for the answer. My Android version is 5.1.1

Kasperski internet security has worked for years without any problems with this version 5.1.1.

But because i could no longer access the internet after a crash,i reset my Samsung Galaxy SM-T900 to factory settings. As a result,Kasperski internet security was completely removed.

That is wy i want to reinstall Kasperski internet security for Android on my Samsung Galaxy TabPro 12,2 SM-T900

tablet.

You write that the Samsung Galaxy Tablet from 11.1 is compatible with this Kasperski for Android and than it is written that it is only possible to install Kasperski internet security on my tablet drom version 6.0-14 .

So that is not correct. Please give your advice on this.

Thanks in advance.

With kind regards.

Hello @gilberto

Thank you for posting back & the information!

  1. 💥Android version 5.1.1Lollipop, is no longer supported by Kaspersky.
  2. Correct, that was previously - when Android version 5.1.1Lollipop *was* supported - in the past, not now.
  3. Understood.
  4. Understood. To re-install *any* version of Kaspersky software (you) must upgrade Samsung Galaxy TabPro 12,2 SM-T900 OS version to 6 or higher.
  5. Correct - that is what Kaspersky has documented - as we provided in our first reply, for the Kaspersky Internet Security software (you) wished to use.
  6. Unfortunately, the advice is correct - as Kaspersky has documented - for their original Kaspersky Internet Security for Android software & their new Kaspersky Standard for Android - the minimum Android OS requirement is version 6.

Thank you🙏

Hello, After I reinstall my Samsung Galaxy TabPro 12.2 SM-T 900 Android version 5.1.1 my Kasperski internet security was deleted. How can I again receive my Kasperski internet security 2023 and reinstall it again on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet? I have a subscription and licence of 10 devices and there are already 7downloads used.

Thanks in advance.

With kind regards.

Hello @gilberto

Welcome back!

  1. That's wonderful, but IF the OS is NOT supported by Kaspersky, it makes no difference. OS version 5.1.1is not supported by Kaspersky - nothing can be done to change that.
  2. Yes, we understand, you already advised this information, in topic: I want again instal my kasperski internet security in my Samsung Galaxy TabPro 12.2 SM-T900 after crash of the operating system.
  3. 💥UPGRADE💥 the Samsung Galaxy TabPro 12.2 SM-T 900 Android OS so it meets the necessary hardware & software requirements: KIS, Hardware and software requirements  = Operating system: Android 6.0-14.x.  OR Kaspersky for Android, Hardware and software requirements = Operating system: Android 6.0-14.x

Thank you🙏
