Kasperky Premium User here. Constant popup "Turn on virus protection"

I tried to turn on "Periodic scanning" to see if it resolves the nagging popup but then it kept getting turned off after a while.

What Kaspersky version are you running? cus I have the same problem with Kaspersky plus v21.9.6.465 then I uninstalled the old one and Re-install latest version 21.13.5.506. There have been no problems so far.

I'm running on 21.13.5.506, problematic avp.exe is causing popups.

Thank you for the additional information!

  1. Uninstall Kaspersky Premium, follow: How to uninstall the application - during the uninstall the Kasperky Premium app will show a prompt with options for Saving data for future use -> the ONLY check box to tick/save is *Subscription details* ⚠️do not check any other check boxes - leave all other check boxes empty / blank⚠️ Allow the uninstall to proceed & complete, including a full reboot of the computer.
  2. Download a new Kaspersky Premium exe: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product.
  3. Install Kaspersky Premium, follow: How to install the application.
  4. At the completion of the install of the *new* Kaspersky Premium, run a manual Database update: follow: How to start an update of databases and application modules.
  5. At the completion of the Database update shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, power on by pressing the power button, login.
  6. Recheck: Constant popup "Turn on virus protection in Windows Notification center" issue? 
  7. IF the issue persists please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts; on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Application malfunction, Other template; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you. 

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
