Kasperkey 1 Year Key Deleted

I purchased a one year Kasperkey Anti-Virus key in August and everything was fine and working, however, I’ve turned on my computer today to find that it’s telling me that I need to put in an activation key because apparently I don’t have one. I put my key that I bought previously in and it just said it was already activated on this account, but I my account is saying I don’t have it activated so some things might be limited?

 

Can anyone help with this? The key was meant to last until August 2021.
