Kasparsky driver always blocking Windows Update - How to fix?

Everytime doing a major version Windows Update (not KB patch but low-level install and migeration), which is very common for Windows Insider Dev and higher channel participants, Kasparsky driver will block the update resulting a 0xc1900101. I have to uninstall Kasparsky and reinstall every time to do the update, which is frustrating. Why is it happening and how to fix it?

Kaspersky supports commercially released OS *only*, read: Kaspersky Total Security Hardware and software requirements.
