I need to migrate  ksc10 to a new server, and I want to know when I use the backup tools to backup data and restore to the  new ksc10 of new server，Will the licenses of ksc10 be restored  ？

Yes, both the license and the entire KSC structure are saved in the backup.
It is recommended to keep the same server name and IP so that you do not have to perform a change of administration server to all hosts before uninstalling the old one.
