Kas Safekid wrong time limit action

My kid device wrong alert time limit. I have set 3h / day but it always limited after 1h

I have reinstall app but it still not resolve it. PLease help me how can I do?

  1. Which OS version & *build*?- in Windows SEARCH - type WINVER, open the WINVER app & post a screen-print of the result? 
  2. Which *version* of Kaspersky Safe Kids is installed -> in Windows *Hidden icons*, right-click the Kaspersky icon, select *About*?

3) Yes, almost notifications are "device blocked"

  • As (you've) already re-installed KSK, please log the issue with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history*. Support may request logs, data & traces.
