Kapersky Safe Kids- I need help

Hello,

I don't success to set up the application for my son. I have allowed certain categories, for example vulgar language (screenchot 1) . Then, I saved the settings and I restarted the computer. However, the application still blocks this category (screenshot 2). What can I do about this?

Welcome!

Kaspersky Safe Kids also uses other criteria to manage (your) child, for example Age.

Please tell us:

1. Your child’s age?
2. To facilitate testing of the issue: when the Block occurred, what search word or term was used please?

Additional to my previous reply, Kaspersky’s Safe Search filters (if enabled) will override Category settings
