Just bought new account but stuck in the death loop of creating new password

Hi there,

 

Is there anyone here know how to fix my issue? I just bought a new account few minutes ago. As usual, Kaspersky sent me an email for new customer login, I clicked it, it asked me to prompt new password, I entered it, however, instead of going into the Control Panel, it asks me to prompt new password again, if I try to enter the previous password, it will say I need to enter the password that I haven't use before, so the loop keep going and I can't go to control panel to get my activation now.

So (you're) selecting the link provided in the email, not in the application & (you) can log into (your) MyKaspersky account *independently* of the email link & the Kaspersky software? 

For the best outcome, please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - 
on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown; please include a *detailed history*, including the software purchased & the activation code/license information - (NB: please do not share the activation code in the Community).

NB2 - even tho you've not forgotten the password, the templates are limited, from the selection this is the best possible that fits the issue.

I just did that before I post this but the respond from them is very slow...

I can log in here in the forum using the same email and with my "latest" password, but using that email and password to portal, it just doesn't work... It will keep asking me to enter new password (and it did change my password), but when I enter my new password again, it will asking me to enter another new password..

If I think correctly this happens because when I just bought the account, Kaspersky send a welcome email to my email address (yahoo). Funnily, it didn't send the Portal linked email like usual. So I press to "forget password" BEFORE I need to press the Portal linked email. Then, it also didn't send me anything. So I checked my spam folder, bam, it's all there: the Portal linked email and the Forgot Password email.. I don't know how I can get the Welcome email to Inbox but the rest to Spam, though..

So yeah, I believe that is the problem/bug, clicking forget password before I press the Portal linked email...

And I cannot chat with them which is very frustrating because their respond is just too slow..... The bot doesn't redirect me to customer service and your suggestion only lead to email conversation with them...

***IF (you) purchased the Kaspersky subscription from a Kaspersky website - the license code is already saved (in (your) MyKaspersky account - you do not need to add an Activation code - it's already there - read Where to find the activation code for Kaspersky Standard, Plus, Premium***

Well that is the problem, I cannot login into Kaspersky Account..

I am in the death loop state of entering a new password page, everytime I enter new password, submitted it, it will keep asking me to enter new password...

Well, I just tried to login now, it seems their dev fixed it without letting me know they've fixed it (I've emailed them)..

so yeah, that is all I can share..

No, they just fixed it behind the scene I guess.. there is no option to chat, so I emailed them, right before you suggest me to email in this post
