It is my server, and I have a self-generated SSL. KAV keeps blocking Trusted sites, even when site is added to Trusted Urls.

I have tried adding a site to my trusted list, and exclusions in multiple places in the Kaspersky settings under Web and Network, yet the site is always being blocked.

 

Where/how do i get Kaspersky to understand that the site should not be blocked?

this has started to happen recently with a new version update.

 

I am using Windows 10, with Kaspersky Anti-Virusv 21.3.10.391 (f)

@EarlAllin Welcome. Did you also exclude the site from the encrypted connections scan scope ?

Yes - I added to there as well.  I also tried to disable the Encrypted Connection Scanning - this also did not work.

figured it out..  reboot the computer.

 

after reboot i can access the sites.
