it is blocking my World of Tanks account, what can I do?

Hi,

For few months my WOT is running slowly, for few days is blocked and I can not open it and I can not play.

I addressed to WOT Team and they told me to delete Kaspersky and try to play. I did it and it worked... So, Kaspersky is quilty for this block, WHAT CAN I DO?
