Issues with Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows arise following the installation of Windows updates.

After the installation of a Windows update, Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows keeps functioning correctly and the security of the system remains intact, but installation of a major update for Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows becomes unavailable.

I'm using Microsoft Windows:

Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1035G7 CPU @ 1.20GHz   1.50 GHz
Edition :  Windows 11 Home
System Type : 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Can someone help me for the above.

Our company has also recently encountered the problem of serious database expiration. We are not sure whether it is caused by Windows Update. The current endpoint version is 11.4.0.233, and the database cannot be automatically updated for a long time. We have reported it to customer service and hope it can be solved.

Hello All,

please check if the products you are using are out of life here:

Product Support Lifecycle (kaspersky.com)

Once its lifecycle is over you will not get any further update anymore for the repective product
An Update to newer version is necessary then.
