Issues loging in to my Kaspersky. Error: Unable to connect to my Kaspersky.

When I try to open Kaspersky on my computer, I am asked to log in, however if I do, I am shown an error. Unable to connect to my Kaspersky. Is there an outage, or is the issue on my side?

We’ve just logged into MyKaspersky without any issues.

Try the following:

  1. Use a different browser: Chrome, Edge Chromium, Firefox?
  2. Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login to computer, make sure Kaspersky software is active? 
  3. Retry logging into (your) MyKaspersky account? 
  4. IF the issue persists, contact Technical Support → on the Support page, scroll down, select Product Help, select from available options: either Phone (if it’s available) or Chat.
