Issues backup KSC
i have try backup KSC 10 then migrate to KSC 11
But when backup. It notification : can't open database "KAV"
Please support me fix issues!

Please upload the necessary information so that we can help you (Version and build of Kaspersky installed, upload your getsysteminfo (gsi) using the latest available version of it, to review it, etc ...).

Try to upload the necessary information for Caos and kaspersky.

And you should also check rights of you user account to you KAV kaspersky database. If you do not have necessary permissions to database you can’t create backup and will have some massages like you already got.
