Issue with migrating to a brand new server

Hi, I attempted to transfer ksc 11 admin server + database to a brand new server, I installed the same version of Kaspersky and made a sql database with the same name as the old one and then used klbackup and used the restore function. According to klbackup it all went off without a hitch, No error messages at all, however I can not connect to the server when I open KSC11 Security Center. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks

Also after this is working where do I find the task to transfer the hosts to the new server as I can only find guides for it for KSC10 but I am running the latest version of KSC11 and I can't see the option to create the task on the old server.

Sorry for the late reply only just got back into work. Yes, was a credential issue caused by user error, after I sorted it out it all worked smoothly. Also found the location of the transfer host task. ALl sorted now thankyou
