Issue connecting to secondary servers from the main Kaspersky Server.

We are unable to connect to the secondary servers from the main Kaspersky console unless we restart the Kaspersky Security Center – Administration Server (kladminserver) service on the secondary servers.

However, after a few hours, the issue reoccurs again.

How can we resolve this problem? As you can see, below is the error we are receiving.

Is the referred ports are allowed between two Master - Slave KSC's

We identified the issue as a DNS problem. When we attempted to retrieve the secondary server from the primary Kaspersky Security Center (KSC), and the secondary server had been removed from the hierarchy. We then tried to add the secondary server back to the primary KSC. Initially, we used the FQDN, but it did not work. However, when we used the IP address instead, the operation succeeded.
