Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

I guess You have the last versions of KPM installed, is it Chrome running when You try to import?

Hello @Harfec

Also, (your) third (first) image shows it is *already* installed:

*IF the application does not recognise the extension is installed the password import will not work*

Please do the following:

  1. Reset Chrome to default -: chrome://settings/resetProfileSettings?origin=userclick
  2. Then exit browser.
  3. Then shutdown computer, using Shutdown, not Restart, followed by powering on the computer by pressing the power button & logging in.
  4. Start Chrome & install KPM extension manually:

Thank you🙏

I tried what you just said but still KPM doesn't recognise the extension and still doesn't import my passwords.
