I can't get support. It's eight o'clock and I can't get any support, this is a major problem.
Another problem is that your artificial intelligence bot does not answer the questions. It just answers "I don't understand." I cannot create a problem request via an e-mail. I cannot transfer any information. No one is interested. I am left alone with a completely abandoned program. No one is interested.
I have another problem. This program, which is supposed to solve it, cannot do it. There is a program called Norton 360 and it cannot be uninstalled or deleted. Even though I marked your program as unreliable, I could not get rid of it. It stuck to me and won't leave my computer. And I wanted to send you a request and get help and support, thinking that you were protecting me, but there was no answer from you. There is no one who can help me with support.

It could not protect me from this burogram. and it is not deleted. Of course it has something to do with Kaspersky. This norton 306 program crashed my system and it doesn't go away. How can you say it has nothing to do with it? Kaspersky is supposed to protect me. Come on, he couldn't protect me. It cannot help me uninstall this problematic program. He doesn't see it as a threat. If I want to get support, I cannot get it. Kaspersky is relevant to this issue because it left me here alone with this problem and no one cares about it. No one answered me for support other than you. . If we ignore the fact that this is an award-winning Kaspersky. So even if it was a standard protection program, it should have been able to support me. Can you tell me if there is a place where I can get support other than the forum? There is an artificial intelligence bot, I ask it and say I need help, even it doesn't understand what I say. I couldn't understand what you said in response. It can only answer known questions. such as subscription transactions. As I said, I couldn't find anyone to get support. Isn't it related to Kaspersky?

Norton product is not a virus or malware, so why should Kaspersky protect from that?.

But, of course, it is not recommended at all to have running 2 security solutions in the system, if You had that Norton product already in Your system, You should assure 1st to uninstall it, before install a Kaspersky product.

I don't agree with you, here are my thoughts about Norton.

This program is like a complete virus. The kind you can't get away with. should be banned in the world

Dear user,

Thanks for your messages. The most probable reason to get automatic installation of 3rd party protection products is because most of "freeware" apps or some specific Open Source applications offers automatic installation of those vendors (and other "gifts"😉).

We cannot stop or prevent automatic installation of 3rd party vendors, because in Freeware and many Open Source apps, there are EULAs and Terms & Conditions that allow developers of such software to embedd any other app into freeware mostly. So, if users agrees EULAs and T&Cs, our technologies will stop only malicious behavior from those apps (depending also of how you have set Kaspersky protection features).

If you consider this practice is malicious, we kindly suggest you check your Kaspersky product installed and if there is a registered detection in events section of our product, please share details with us. If there is no detection, this means there is no threat and you could continue use your apps. Please feel free to uninstall those apps you may consider unnecessary from your protected computer.

If you have additional concerns, please don't hesitate to ask. Have a great day.

Norton is a separate, legitimate, software company that dates back to the 1980's and was acquired by Symantec in 1990. Norton 360 is their suite software which has anti-virus, VPN and other tools similar to Kaspersky.

If you want to install Kaspersky, it will probably prompt you to first uninstall Norton 360. If you cannot uninstall this software, you should contact Norton's Support site at https://support.norton.com/  There are phone numbers, ticket system and online forums

There is a Norton Uninstall program which you can without contacting their support try https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v60392881

If you have a new computer, it's possible this software was installed when you purchased your computer. Either way, Kaspersky has no control over and does not provide software support for Norton products
