After update and restart my KAV 2019 is still on 19.0.0.1088(d).

Hey, the patch is rolling out gradually to the public servers, it will be completely rolled out approximately by the end of this week. So no worries, just wait a couple more days and it will be downloaded and installed automatically (you will be prompted for a restart).
