Hello @Kuser7985Sh

Welcome again!

How to download Kaspersky apps on Android and iOS

Both Huawei & Galaxy have the Free version available:

*From memory the .APK is also available in Free however - personally - we don't use the APK as it has no auto-updates*

Thank you🙏

Understood. I bought Kaspersky Premium for one device under the assumption that one device referred to a PC or Mac and you could connect a mobile device for free. (error on my part), and unfortunately I couldn't get a refund either because the 30-day money-back period is over. Correct me if I'm wrong. So if I want to get Kaspersky's paid Android version, I have to buy another subscription for a device, right? And after both subscriptions are close to ending (PC and Android), then I can directly purchase a Kaspersky premium licence for 3 devices?

Hello @Kuser7985Sh

Thank you for posting back!

  • A subscriber can connect a free subscription at the same time as they have a paid subscription.
  • You're correct regarding Kaspersky's 30-day-money-back-guarantee.
  • "after both subscriptions are close to ending (PC and Android), then (you) can directly purchase a Kaspersky premium licence for 3 devices?" Correct.
  • When you've installed the Kaspersky software (on the android) - have (you) taken the option that shows - I have a subscription

No I did not install Kaspersky on android. I only recently got the need of getting an android antivirus. Since I already using my current 1 device subscription on pc now I'm thinking of getting another single device subscription for android. Oh cause the cheapest way to accomplish this is by simply getting that 3 device plan. But I already have a subscription and it'd be a waste then.

Thank you for your assistance Flood and Flood's wife.

Hello @Kuser7985Sh,

You're most welcome!

Thank you for posting back!

If (you're) interested in using Kaspersky on the android, install the free version, but also just see what happens if (you) select the I have a subscription option?

At this stage there's no point buying a 3-device subscription while you still have an active subscription, unless you give that to someone.

Thank you🙏
