Is anyone know how to fix this issue? trying to action on application then screen hang

when i try to do some setting adjustment or direct close the kaspersky application , shown pop up comfirmation box then whole screen hang. i only can do ctrl+alt+del to logout and login again, if not screen hang can't action anything

 

btw can reply in Chinese Simplified Languange could be better to me , thanks alot guy

my version is kaspersky premium 21.18.5.438（a）

no need already , i solved it by myself .
