Hi,

It seems that we have a problem where clients connected over VPN are sometimes assigned the same private IP address (192.168.100.xx) and Kaspersky is marking them as unmanaged.

Does anybody have a work around for this?

Client versions: 11.3.0.773

KSC Version:     12.2.0.4376

Examples

Thanks.

If the VPN is assigning IP that are in use then the Kaspersky would not be able to communicate and thus mark them as unmanaged.  You would need to make sure that the VPN is not providing IPs that are currently in use.

If this is only happening with Kaspersky running on the system the you can open up a support case.

Open a support case at companyaccount.kaspersky.com.
