iOS 18.2.1 Safekids App freezes after face ID checked

Does anyone have any issues when trying to log into safekids iphone app? mine gets problem every 2nd or 3rd day, the screen freezes after faceID or passcode check. If i remove the app, re-install and it works for the day and best of luck, work for next day as well. then it freezes itself after faceID or passcode, then we have to remove and re-install.

The phone is running latest iOS 18.2.1

Please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history*.

*Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*

What version of KSK for iOS are you running?

my app is not working for the last week too.

Latest verision both ios and ksk. 

Now I can´t access even at the website in any computer.

1. Do (you) live in the US? 
2. What happens when (you) try to access a website, are there errors, what are the errors - post a screen-print please? 
3. Has KSK been uninstalled & clean installed?
