Internet connection problem

Having a lot of loss packet when using private VPN and when playing game. When I set pause Kaspersky, connections works without problem.

@Robert-TOS Welcome.

Packet loss is a common issue when connecting to a Game Server with VPN.

There are two different scenarios. First, when I'm connected to my work's private VPN, I lose the RDP connection; second, when I'm gaming, with no other network services active. Finally, when I pause Kaspersky during these events, I don't experience connection/performance/packet loss.

My topic isn't about Kaspersky VPN, is when I use private VPN with my work with OpenVPN.

Tried change rules for applications, tried Game Mode, but keeping loss packet when Kasperky active.

Since the migration to a new VPN service provider Kaspersky OpenVPN is temporary not functional.

Good day, unfortunately, at the moment the router option is not available. However, this functionality is planned as part of the development of our new infrastructure and is intended to be introduced in future updates. "
