My internet disconnect when vpn is turned on. When turning the vpn off again internet is connected.

Do the following: 

1. Run Command Prompt (Admin) (press Win and search for Command Prompt) and execute the following command:

ipconfig /all

2. In the output results look for “Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adapter” under “Description”. For example:

3. How many Ethernet adapters with description  “Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adapter” do you have? 

 

If I'm reading it correctly...it's 2

Thanks for the information. The solution would be the following:

1. Uninstall Kaspersky (VPN) Secure Connection and Kaspersky Total Security (or Kaspersky Internet Security) using KAVremover tool: 
   https://support.kaspersky.com/en/common/uninstall/1464

2. Right click the Start button -> chose Computer Management -> click on Device Manager -> expand Network Adapters -> make sure there are no network adapters with name Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adapter. If there is a Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adapter present -> right click on it and choose Uninstall device -> Uninstall.

3. Reinstall Kaspersky products. 

This should fix it.
