Internal application error occurred! Help?

Friends, I need help:
I noticed that a task stopped working, when seeing the windows log, I found the error "internal application error ocurred. Error code 13".
Does anyone know how to solve?

Please give more information (Version and build of Kaspersky installed, OS and servicepack installed, upload your getsysteminfo (gsi) using the latest available version of it, screenshots, which task, etc...)
