Installation Task Settings tied to Installation package

I have looked and cannot find an answer if a task for an Installation has the settings from the package configuration or not?

Example:

1. Create an installation Task on the network agent Installation package.
2. In the Installation package change the VDI settings to on.

If I run the task after changing the settings in step two are the VDi settings deployed or since I created the task before modifying the installation package are the settings the original?

The current settings of the installation package are always installed.

But note: After the policy has been adopted, the settings may be replaced by the policy.
