I have purchased Kaspersky Premium in Saudi Arabia, And share it to my family in the Philippines but can not iinstall due to not supported in your region.  Before I have Total Security but never experience this installation problem.

The issue(s) cannot be fixed by the Kaspersky Community. Only Kaspersky Support may be able to assist; they have access to your private information.

On the support page: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Activation and license issues, Other template; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you. 

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
