Installation Network Agent FAILS Code: 1603 [MOVED]

Hi

I try to install Installation NetAgent_12.0.0.7734 on a Win Server 2019.

The installation client is aborting without error. In the installation logfile I found this.

What can I do to sucessfuly install the NetAgent_12.0.0.7734.
