Se você já tem a versão 11.7 em diante, não há necessidade dessa instalação do Endpoint Agent.

2. Kaspersky Hybrid Cloud Security, Server Middle East Edition. 25-49 VirtualServer 3 year Base License. (Install Light Agent)

3. Kaspersky Next EDR Optimum Middle East Edition. 250-499 User 3 year Base License. (Which one Agent - Kaspersky Endpoint or another one)

Hello @Ragab Bakhit

The error code "25004" in Kaspersky installations usually indicates an issue with permissions or system compatibility during the installation process.

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve it:

1. Check Compatibility with Existing Software

  • Since you're installing Kaspersky Network Agent and Endpoint Security, verify that Kaspersky Endpoint Agent is compatible with the versions you have. Endpoint Agent 4.0 may require specific configurations, so consult Kaspersky's compatibility guidelines.

2. Permissions and Access Rights

  • Ensure the account you’re using for installation has administrator privileges. Lack of proper permissions can trigger error 25004 during remote installations.

3. Check Network Agent and Endpoint Security Settings

  • Ensure that Kaspersky Network Agent is functioning properly and connected to the Kaspersky Security Center, as it manages communication for remote installations.
  • Sometimes, Endpoint Security settings might restrict additional agents from installing. Confirm there are no policies blocking Kaspersky Endpoint Agent.

4. Review Logs for Details

  • In Kaspersky Security Center, review the installation log files on the device where installation failed. Look for details around error 25004, which may indicate conflicts or specific requirements that are unmet.

5. Manually Install the Endpoint Agent (If Needed)

  • You can attempt a manual installation of Kaspersky Endpoint Agent on the target machine to bypass potential remote installation issues. If successful, this might indicate a network or permission issue with the remote install process itself.

6. Check for Updates or Reinstall

  • Ensure the Endpoint Agent version (4.0.0.272) is the latest compatible version. Outdated versions may not be fully compatible with your Kaspersky setup, leading to errors.
  • Alternatively, try reinstalling the agent with any required updates to rule out incomplete downloads or file corruption.

If the issue persists, please send a ticket to Kaspersky Support who can provide insights, as error 25004 is often tied to specific configurations or known issues that might be unique to your environment.

Thank you
