Hi team,

Our windows 10 computers and servers show that installation is successful but we get the above notification

"Manage by different server"

We are using security centre 13.2 and endpoint agent 3.12

I cant manage my endpoints properly from security centre please help.

Is the Network Agent package pointing to the same server?
Test this walkthrough on 1 computer

1. Open MS-DOS Prompt in administrator mode.
2. Open the Network Agent directory.

2a. cd "%programfiles(x86)%\Kaspersky Lab\NetworkAgent"    (Windows 64 bits)

   2b. cd "%programfiles%\Kaspersky Lab\NetworkAgent"    (Windows 32 bits)

3. Type klmover -address KSC IP

Hi Thanks, i setup my batch file as instruct in video, when i do a klnagchk, Im getting SSL Authentication error..the certificate is invalid or outdated.
