Insallation Problem, can't install and i paid.

Recently, I disconnected my PC from my devices. I have a Kaspersky standard subscription, and now I want to reconnect my PC to the account, but currently, I have no devices connected, and it won't let me do it. I can't download Kaspersky in any way, even though there are no devices associated with my account, and I've paid for my subscription, which hasn't expired yet. I need help, and customer service isn't responding.

Ok i installed, but when i copy my activation code, it says me that "The code is not valid for this geographical area." I am Italian and until 2 days ago I had the same subscription from the same pc. What happened?

🤔 are you actually currently in Italy? using VPN while installing/activating? where did you buy that license code?
