Inquiry regarding Windows support for Kaspersky Premium subscription

Dear Kaspersky Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance regarding my recent purchase of Kaspersky Premium.

I have successfully subscribed to the plan; however, when I access my subscription dashboard, it only indicates compatibility with Android and iOS. It shows that I have used 1 out of 3 available slots on an iOS device, but there is no option or mention of support for Windows.

As I intended to use this protection on my PC, I am concerned about why the Windows version is not appearing in my account. Could you please check my subscription status and guide me on how to install and activate Kaspersky Premium on my Windows computer?

My account details:

  • Email address: *****@*****.tld

  • Order/Reference Number: xxxxxxxxxxxx

I have attached a screenshot of my dashboard for your reference.
