Incredibly slow upload speeds on 1 computer

I have Kaspersky Plus loaded on to 2 computers, My work computer, and my home computer.  If I want to upload any images on several programs on the work computer it can take forever(literally days)  Programs such as Dropbox, Ebay, marketplace(Facebook) and the Photographic Lab I use.  Strangely though, this is not affected by Wetransfer!  The only solution is to take them to the home computer where thery load immediately.  My question is, is there any settings on Kaspersky that would affect the uploads that i have stumbled upon by mistake.  Any thoughts much appreciated as this has been driving me mad for several months!
