Incompatible version

I subscribed in Kaspersky Plus for 3 devices, I downloaded the "kaspersky4win202121.17.7.539ar_en_46681.exe" file to install it in the first PC, it is windows 11 laptop, the installer told that it is an incompatible with this version, how can I install it?

Kaspersky is compatible with Win10 and Win11... But which version of Win11 do you have?

Thank you for your reply, for the moment I can't reach that laptop, once I can access it I'll get the version and the screenshot. By the way, I tested the same file using another laptop (23H2, build 22631.3880), and virtual machine (21H2, build 22000.194)  and the installer started on both !!!.
