Impossible to get through to customer services by phone.

My subscription renewal date is 16th November, however £57.99 has been taken out of my account on 31st October under auto renewal. I am not happy with this or the price and want a refund. I also want to cancel subscription as it is too expensive. I have gone round in circles trying to find a number for customer services. Finally found a number but after 20 minutes with the operator saying all agents are busy now I feel like tearing my hair out!!! The web page states 6 minute wait. Any suggestions?
