Importieren von Daten aus einer Passwortmanager - Sicherungsdatei funktioniert nicht

Obwohl mir vom Programm Passwortmanager (kaspersky / Download und Installation am 27.11.2024) diese Möglichkeit angeboten wird ("Importieren von Daten aus einer älteren Sicherungsdatei" d.R.) funktioniert dies leider nicht. Mir wird dann immer als Grund genannt, dass die Sicherungsdatei (vom 24.07.2024) in einer älteren Version von "Kaspersky Passwort Manager" angelegt wurde. Wo liegt der Fehler bzw. wo erhalte ich eine Dateiversion, die am 24.07.2024 noch aktuell war?

Solange sich keiner hier meldet mit einer Lösung würde ich den Support um Hilfe bitten.

Hast Du die Datei Exportiert vor der Installation ? oder hast Du ein Backup vom ganzen Rechner eventuell ?
