I'm about to delete Kaspersky Security Cloud and demand refund!

I have been using Kaspersky Security Cloud for many years now without any trouble.
What is happening right now is unbelievable, a secure website which I am 100% sure of, is not opening because stupid Kaspersky doesn't let me open it!!!
WHY IS THIS APPLICATION MAKING A DECISION ON MY BEHALF?
I need urgent support to fix this matter please!

3. Just as FYI, Kaspersky Security Cloud is Kaspersky's *old* software, it's been replaced by Kaspersky Plus - Kaspersky are offering a free upgrade to Kaspersky Plus, READ: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Danila T. The free upgrade is like-for-like.
