Hello, I got a subscription for 5 PCs  in my account says I got 3 available,but, when I try to add a new PC it saying I exceeded the number of activation.

  1. READ & follow: What to do if the maximum number of activations for the entered activation code is exceeded?
  2. Log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown: 
  3. *Also* -> IF using Chat - ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript *before* ending the chat - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*
