I can't reproduce Your issue with my Kaspersky Premium 21.19b:

I also can't get in touch with Kaspersky's distributor in China. Is there a way to solve this issue? Currently, I need to disable Kaspersky to open the Google Chrome Web Store

You can try to add an exclusion for that URL in Your KAV Web-Antivirus module.

Also, probably one of the Chinese Mods can help You better.

You can download this installation package to install Kaspersky 21.19b. Using your Kaspersky Antivirus activation code, you can activate it to the Kaspersky Standard.

As for the reporting issue on the Chrome Web Store, you can contact Kaspersky China's technical support via email or phone during working hours on weekdays.

Yesterday, Kaspersky updated its website for the China region, and it now showcases the latest product line.

In the China region, only the Kaspersky Standard and Kaspersky Premium are available, Kaspersky Plus is not offered for sale.
