i bought a new laptop with Kaspersky Endpoint installed, and i used it for a while without registering it with my email, but the HDD of the laptop had factory problems, so i changed th HDD by a new one, but when i reinstall Kaspersky endpoint they told me that i need an activation key, and that i dont have a registered key on my email.

what should i do to restore my pre-licenced software?

Hello @aouat9

Welcome!

  • Have you contacted the merchant who sold you the laptop with pre-installed software?

IF "yes", what did they say?

IF "no", make sure you have the following information available:

  • The date of the purchase.
  • Your full name.
  • The e-mail address you used for the purchase - (if an email address was given to the merchant).
  • Bank verification of the laptop purchase - date etc.

Thank you?

Hello @aouat9

You're most welcome!

  1. What is the ministry?
  2. Have you asked the ministry - maybe they recorded the license details - that would be a normal procedure for all devices/software, being allocated to users?
  3. Please read the Support Rules for Kaspersky Software, IF you or the ministry have a support contact with Kaspersky, you may wish to contact Kaspersky
