I have Kaspersky Premium but the VPN keeps asking for activation code

Hi,

I just purchased Kaspersky Premium and used my main gmail account for that, then I invited my brother via email to use it on his laptop. He got the invitation link and installed Kaspersky Premium on his laptop. But the VPN on his laptop keeps asking for activation code and the software refers him to go to the Kaspersky website (license page) when he goes there to the website, VPN page on the website asks for antivirus activation code, when he enters the code, the website says it already added to the subscription.

I do not understand what is happening, the software install on laptop is Kaspersky Premium and fully activated but the VPN option on the software shows as a free plan and asks for activation code.

Please someone help me and let me know what's going on and how to fix this?

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

 

You have to give KVPN Your My Kaspersky user / pass to connect it to Your Subscription.

thank you for welcoming and replying.

I logged in to KVPN with the same email account as preimum but still I see this, see the attached screenshot. It shows as a free user and there is Activation code option on top right corner, when I click on it, it asks for activation key, when I enter the key it says go to the Kaspersky website license page, so when I go there, it shows there I am a premium user and VPN is active.

On the website it says VPN active but as a free user, see that screenshot I attached,

I do not understand where is the issue, please help me if you understand my problem 🙂

Now on KVP on top right corner says use activation code, when I enter activation code there, it gives this message see the attached screenshot
