I have issues with sstp vpn connection

Hi guys

this first post 

i have issues with Kaspersky endpoint security for windows 

when i use sstp vpn (mobileiron tunnel) dns not working but when i use direct ip (internal web server )working fine .

i tested on nslookup tool give me unknown server timeout 

When I uninstalled the kasper the dns working fine 

please help me

Hello Abdulrahman Bassam,

that sounds more like Firewall configuration issue when DNS is not working stable when the KES is running.

Please try to add the used VPN Network in the Network Settings from KES Firewall and set it as trusted or work Network.

If this will not fix the issue you can also add the VPN Client.exe File as trusted Application and check if the issue appear again.
