Hello @LinuxSuperior

Welcome!

  • Kaspersky has a long-standing business partnership with Pango -> from a case (we) raised with in May 2020: Kaspersky Secure Connection VPN servers are now operated by Pango:

Servers encrypting and redirecting user traffic are located in different regions around the world, including the USA, Germany, Singapore, and many others. They are provided by our partner, the software company Pango. By default, user traffic goes through the quickest virtual server available at the time, which could be located in another country -> About Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection.

  • The 'sold" (you) may be thinking of is UltraAV/Pango - readUltraAV/Pango - due to the US ban of Kaspersky - it only affects US based subscribers & was effective September 2024 - readGuide on Kaspersky software availability in the United States - note: Kaspersky's VPN *remains* available in the US because it's provided by Pango, IF it wasn't it would also likely be banned.
  1. What happens when cs2 and dota2 'kick you out of the games', what errors do you see
  2. Have different protocols been tried?
  3. Does using a *different* virtual-location help?
  4. Which country do (you) live in?
  5. What is the Windows OS version & *build*, in Windows *Search* - type WINVER, open the WINVER app & post back what's shown?
  6. Which Kaspersky VPN version, on Windows Task-manager, *Hidden-icons*, right-click the Kaspersky VPN icon, select Help, select About, post back the About information please?
  7. Has the VPN been re-installed
  8. Has the computer been fully powered OFF & powered ON by pressing the power-button?

Please post back?

Thank you🙏
