Hello, I have a question for you. My old subscription was about to expire, so I bought a new one. By the way, if the newly purchased subscription is unused, is it automatically replaced with the new one when the old one expires? There are 5 devices connected.

Please check if your new license has been added in your MyKaspersky portal.
On expiring date  KPM will switch automatically on your new license.
Also : KPM → Additional →  License → Refresh
