I got a email asking to verify my kaspersky account

I got this yesterday randomly I did have a kaspersky account with that email that I made ages ago and I checked and I did get a email back then also. I’ve not logged into the account since. Why did I get this?

No it was just asking me to verify my email. But I didn’t log in to my account in ages or anything

Could it be that when I first made the account I never verified my email and it was email to me like a reminder? 
I think I made the account back in April and never verified the email for it

This could be, but login in and changing your password should fix this issue, if not please contact Kaspersky Technical Support.

I just deleted it thru the email but I have bad paranoia about hacking
