I just deleted it thru the email but I have bad paranoia about hacking

Could it be that when I first made the account I never verified my email and it was email to me like a reminder? I think I made the account back in April and never verified the email for it

No it was just asking me to verify my email. But I didn’t log in to my account in ages or anything

I got this yesterday randomly I did have a kaspersky account with that email that I made ages ago and I checked and I did get a email back then also. I’ve not logged into the account since. Why did I get this?
